Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Link Building Spain website and link building services provided by Intseo Media("we", "us"). By requesting a quote, signing a statement of work, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide white-hat link building and related SEO outreach services targeting Spanish publishers. Deliverables, volume, timelines, and fees are defined in your proposal or statement of work. We do not guarantee specific search rankings; search engines control ranking algorithms.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate site access, brand guidelines, and approval contacts
• Review content drafts within agreed turnaround windows
• Ensure your site and landing pages comply with applicable law
• Not request placements on illegal, deceptive, or adult-only publishers

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in EUR or USD as specified on your invoice. Managed packages typically require monthly billing in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may pause work after written notice. One-off placements may require prepayment.

Minimum term

Standard managed packages include a minimum three-month commitment so outreach cycles can complete. Early cancellation does not refund work already performed or placements already live.

Link replacement guarantee

If a placement URL is removed or noindexed within twelve months of going live through no fault of the client, we will replace the link or provide equivalent credit at our discretion. The guarantee does not apply if you change target URLs, restructure sites, receive penalties, or request removal.

Content and approvals

You approve guest post and PR content before publication unless expedited approval terms are signed. We retain the right to refuse content that violates publisher guidelines or our quality standards.

Confidentiality

We treat client strategies, URLs, and reporting as confidential. We may use anonymized aggregate metrics for marketing only with permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to fees paid for the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or algorithm changes beyond our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach after 14 days written notice to cure. On termination you pay for work completed and live placements delivered.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable EU regulations unless your signed contract specifies otherwise. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain where permitted.
